BY USING THE COMPANY PRODUCTS, YOU REPRESENT AND WARRANT THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS. 2.1 You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the pricing information before using the site or registering for a course.

2.2 If you are under the age of 18 (Eighteen), you have obtained parental or legal guardian consent before using the site or registering for a course.

2.3 You also agree that you will not do any of the following on or through Greater Insights LLP’s services:

a. Upload, post, or otherwise transmit any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters, pyramid schemes, or any other form of solicitation (commercial or otherwise).

b. Post any inappropriate, offensive, racist, hateful, sexist, sex-related, false, misleading, infringing, defamatory, or libelous content.

c. Manipulate or interfere with Greater Insights LLP’s services.

d. Reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publicly perform, communicate to the public, create derivative works from, or otherwise use and exploit any submitted content or other content obtained from any Greater Insights LLP service without express written permission.

5.4 Modify pricing, payment terms, course availability, and other service-related aspects at its sole discretion.

5.5 Monitor, review, and remove any content or communications that violate these terms or applicable laws.

5.6 Take appropriate legal action to protect its intellectual property, content, and services in case of unauthorized use, infringement, or breach of these terms.

8.2 Jurisdiction

In the event of any dispute or legal proceedings arising from these Terms & Conditions, the courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes.

8.3 International Use

If you are accessing or using the services from a location outside India, you agree to comply with all local laws applicable to your use of the services. Greater Insights LLP makes no representation that the content or services are appropriate or available for use in locations outside India.

8.4 Compliance with Laws

Users are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies while using the services provided by Greater Insights LLP. Any violation of applicable laws may result in suspension or termination of access to the services without prior notice.

9. Dispute Resolution

9.1 Mandatory Arbitration

All disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms & Conditions, the services provided by Greater Insights LLP, or any other related matter shall be resolved exclusively through arbitration in accordance with the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

9.2 Arbitration Process

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator mutually appointed by Greater Insights LLP and the User. The seat of arbitration shall be Bangalore, Karnataka, India, and the language of the arbitration proceedings and all related documentation shall be English.

9.3 Binding Nature of Decision

The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties. The arbitration award may be enforced in any court having jurisdiction over the matter.

9.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Notwithstanding the above, Greater Insights LLP reserves the right to pursue injunctive or other equitable relief through the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, to prevent any unauthorized use, infringement, or misappropriation of its intellectual property or confidential information.

9.5 Costs and Fees

Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses incurred in connection with the arbitration, except that the parties shall equally share the fees and costs of the arbitrator.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by Greater Insights LLP

Greater Insights LLP reserves the right to terminate or suspend a User’s access to its services, website, or course content at any time without prior notice in the event of:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.

• Misuse of services or breach of any applicable laws or regulations.

• Non-payment or delay in payment of applicable fees.

• Conduct that is deemed harmful to the interests of Greater Insights LLP, other Users, or third parties.

10.2 Termination by the User

The User may terminate their account and discontinue the use of services at any time by:

• Sending a written request to info@greaterinsights.in.

• Ceasing all access to and use of the services provided by Greater Insights LLP.

10.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

• The User’s access to course materials and services will be revoked immediately.

• Any fees paid by the User will be non-refundable unless expressly stated otherwise.

• Greater Insights LLP may delete all User data, account information, and course progress from its systems.

10.4 Survival of Certain Provisions

Notwithstanding the termination of services, the following provisions shall survive termination:

• Ownership of intellectual property.

• Limitation of liability.

• Dispute resolution and governing law provisions.

10.5 Reactivation of Services

Reactivation of services after termination may be considered at the discretion of Greater Insights LLP and may be subject to additional fees or conditions.

11. Payment Terms

11.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Greater Insights LLP accepts a variety of payment methods to facilitate seamless transactions for our learners. These include:

• Credit Cards: All major credit cards are accepted.

• Debit & Prepaid Cards: Payments can be made using debit and prepaid cards.

• UPI & Net Banking: Payments can be made using UPI or internet banking.

11.2 Refund Policy

We offer a 3-day money-back guarantee with no questions asked. If you are not satisfied with the course within three days of purchase, you may request a full refund. Refund requests after this period will not be entertained.

11.3 Recurring Payments

For courses or services that involve recurring payments, such as monthly or yearly subscriptions, the following terms apply:

• Authorization: By providing your payment information, you authorize Greater Insights LLP to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

• Failed Payments: In the event of a failed payment, we will notify you and attempt to process the payment again. If the issue persists, we may reach out to you to update your payment information. Failure to resolve payment issues may result in suspension or termination of access to the course or service.

11.4 EMI Options

We offer Equated Monthly Installment (EMI) options to make our courses more accessible:

• Interest Bearing: Greater Insights LLP may offer EMI options where the interest may be borne by the learner or Greater Insights LLP, depending on the offer.

• Failed EMI Payments: In case of failed EMI payments, we may contact you to request an updated payment method or to address the balance. If the issue is not resolved, we reserve the right to suspend access to the course.

11.5 Pricing and Discounts

Our courses are priced individually, and we may offer occasional discounts or promotions. All pricing and discounts will be communicated through our official website and marketing channels.

12. Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy

12.1 100% Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the training, you may request a full refund before the end of Day 1 by sending a request to training@greaterinsights.in. Any requests made after Day 1 will not be entertained.

• Any training kit provided must be returned to claim the money-back guarantee.

12.2 Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy

• To cancel or reschedule your enrollment, please notify us at least 14 days prior to the training start date.

• A cancellation/rescheduling fee (higher of ₹5,000 or 15% of the training cost) will be deducted, and the balance will be provided as a credit.

• Requests made less than 14 days before the training start date will not be entertained.

12.3 Rescheduling or Cancellation by Greater Insights LLP

• We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify the instructor, venue, or other arrangements without prior notice.

• If we reschedule the training, you may:

a) Attend the rescheduled session,

b) Obtain a credit equivalent to the amount paid, or

c) Request a refund.

• In case of cancellation by us, you may either:

a) Obtain a credit equivalent to the amount paid, or

b) Request a refund.

12.4 Credit Validity

• Any credit issued can be used to pay for future services with Greater Insights LLP.

• The credit must be used within 6 months from the date of issue, after which it will expire.

12.5 Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the valid request.

13. Updates to Terms

Greater Insights LLP reserves the absolute right to revise, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any revisions to the Terms will be effective upon posting the updated version on the https://www.greaterinsights.in/website. The date of the most recent update will be mentioned at the top of the Terms & Conditions page.

Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to ensure continued compliance. Continued use of Greater Insights LLP’s services, website, or course content after any modifications to the Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

In the event of any material changes that significantly impact the User’s rights or obligations, Greater Insights LLP may attempt to notify Users through electronic means, such as email or by posting a notice on the website. If a User does not agree with any updates or modifications to the Terms, they must discontinue the use of Greater Insights LLP’s services immediately.
